Ensuria health and travel insurance service is designed to easily find, purchase and use insurance policies offered by insurance companies. With the Ensuria website, you can view and compare the offers of leading insurance companies, get acquainted with the proposed insurance terms and sample contracts with the insurer.
Ensuria acts as an agent for such insurance companies on the basis of agreements concluded with them. Please note that Ensuria is not an insurer and does not enter into insurance contracts with users, and therefore does not issue policies and is not obliged to make insurance payments in the event of an insured event. Users of the Service enter into an insurance agreement with insurers that offer the policies set out on the website in electronic form using an electronic signature with a unique identifier.
In the event of an insured event, please contact your insurance company directly at the contacts listed in the insurance policy and in our letter to the e-mail address you provided confirming the purchase of the policy.
You can also contact our support service with any questions regarding the purchase and use of insurance policies through the Service at the contact details provided on the website and in the mobile application. Ensuria Support is available 24 hours a day.
Before purchasing the policy, carefully check the data of the insured (s) and carefully read the insurance terms offered on the Ensuria website by the insurers, as well as read the travel or health insurance contract.
After the signing the contract with the insurer with a one-time identifier and payment of the order, the data specified in the policy cannot be changed. Errors in the information you provide are not grounds for termination or refund, but you can contact your insurer for assistance.
The payment for the insurance policy is done on our website using Google Pay, a third-party payment service provider LiqPay or according to the specified details to the Ensuria account. You can pay for the order according to the details before the date of activation of the policy. In the absence of payment for the policy order is canceled automatically.
When paying for orders with LiqPay, you must comply with the terms and conditions of the services and other policies of LiqPay. In no case shall Ensuria be liable for payment data processed by Google Pay and LiqPay providers in accordance with the privacy policies of such providers.
As soon as the insurance company receives confirmation of the funds paid by you for the policy, a letter with the purchased insurance policy will be sent to your e-mail in a PDF format.
