Ensuria is a team that believes no one should face trouble alone while travelling. We started as an assistance company — the people who pick up the phone in the middle of the night when something goes wrong abroad. Today Ensuria is an international assistance company that also helps travellers choose and buy travel insurance from Ukraine's leading licensed insurers. But our real work begins when something happens: an illness, an injury, lost baggage, a cancelled flight. Our coordinators are there around the clock — arranging treatment, calming and guiding, taking over all communication with the insurer and following every case through to payout. Every year we care for more than 10,000 travellers — and behind every request we see a person, not a case number.
