Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the ensuria.com website (the “Website”) and its services. The Website is owned by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “Ensuria Operations Ukraine” (the “Company”), EDRPOU code 43812574, registered address: 27T Dehtiarivska St., letter A, Kyiv, 04119, Ukraine.

By using the Website you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you do not agree with the Terms, please stop using the Website.

The Website allows you to calculate the cost of travel insurance, compare offers from insurance companies and conclude an insurance contract online.

The Company is an insurance intermediary (subagent) entered in the Register of Intermediaries of the National Bank of Ukraine (record No. 00011304) and acts on behalf and on the instructions of the insurance agent LLC “POLIS.UA” (EDRPOU code 41844667). Electronic insurance contracts are concluded via the insurance agent's information and telecommunication system.

The insurance contract is concluded directly with the insurance company selected by the user. Coverage terms are defined by the insurance contract and the rules of the respective insurer. The user undertakes to use the Website only for lawful purposes, not to interfere with its operation and not to attempt unauthorised access to systems and data.

When placing an order, the user undertakes to provide complete and accurate data. The consequences of providing inaccurate data, including the insurer's refusal to pay a claim, are borne by the user.

The process is step-by-step: quote calculation, choice of insurer and plan, entering the details of insured persons and the policyholder, data confirmation, electronic signing of the contract and payment.

If the age of an insured person determined by their date of birth does not match the age category specified during the calculation, the policy price is recalculated. The recalculated price is shown to the user before the contract is concluded and requires their consent.

On the policy start date the insured persons must be in Ukraine. The contract takes effect after full payment of the insurance premium, unless the contract provides otherwise.

Insurance policies are paid for by cashless payment only. When a policy is purchased, all funds are transferred in full to the insurance company. Payment is available in several ways: via the payment service using Visa and MasterCard cards (of any Ukrainian bank).

The insurance premium is paid online via the LiqPay payment system (https://www.liqpay.ua). The policy price is stated in hryvnia and includes all mandatory charges; the Company does not charge the user any additional fee for its services.

In line with insurance intermediation legislation, the Company does not accept insurance premiums to its own account. The premium is paid by the user to the current account of the insurance agent LLC “POLIS.UA”, on whose behalf and instructions the Company acts; further settlements with the insurer are performed by the insurance agent under its contracts.

The Company does not collect or store payment card data — it is processed by the payment provider in accordance with the international PCI DSS payment industry security standard.

Payment under the contract must be made on the day the policy is issued, by 23:59.

The user has the right to withdraw from the insurance contract before its term begins. In that case the paid premium is refunded in full, provided the trip did not take place and no claims were made under the contract.

After the contract term begins, refunds are made in accordance with the terms of the insurance contract and applicable legislation of Ukraine.

As the Company does not accept insurance premiums to its own account, refunds are made by the insurance agent LLC “POLIS.UA” or the insurer using the same payment method as the original payment. To initiate a refund, contact the Company via the Contact page, stating the policy number and the reason for withdrawal — we will follow your request through until the funds are returned.

All Website materials — texts, images, logos, design elements, program code — are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the Company or its partners.

Use of Website materials without the Company's written consent is prohibited, except for viewing for personal non-commercial purposes.

The Company strives to keep the Website running smoothly but does not guarantee the absence of technical failures and is not liable for temporary unavailability of services.

Responsibility for performing obligations under the insurance contract, including making insurance payouts, lies with the insurance company with which the contract is concluded.

The Company is not liable for losses caused by the user providing inaccurate data or breaching the terms of the insurance contract.

The processing and protection of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and is available on the “Privacy Policy” page.

The Company may amend these Terms. The new version takes effect upon publication on this page. By continuing to use the Website after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.
