In Ukraine, from November 9, hospitals will not carry out planned operations, but will only switch to treating patients and patients with COVID-19.
This was announced by the chief sanitary doctor Viktor Lyashko after the selector committee of the president.
"Since Monday, all planned operations and planned hospitalizations have been banned in hospitals, hospitals accept only urgent and exclusively patients with coronavirus disease. The situation is extremely tense”, - Lyashko said.
He demanded all sanitary standards so that "Ukraine will not need the third stage."
We will remember, the chief sanitary doctor Viktor Lyashko announced that Ukraine is moving to the second stage of response to the spread of coronavirus disease. In particular, the authorities will increase the number of hospital beds to 80 thousand.
Note that in Ukraine, from today, a new quarantine zoning has begun to operate, more and more settlements are located in the "red" zone.
